Iberiko pork udon with ebi tempura. This bowl of udon s super delicious. The restaurant says that the soup they use is fermented for over a year, no wonder it’s so tasty. The udon noodles came from Hokkaido. We can’t stop going back to this udon shop near Omi-cho market.
