Udon @ Marugame Seimen. I’ll definitely miss this, my new favorite Japanese food. What I like most at Marugame Seimen is that their kitchen is open, the customers could see how they prepare the udon and also you can choose the tempura topping that you want to eat. The average price we pay when we eat at Marugame Seimen is ¥1,500 for two.

Yakiniku in Kanazawa. Yakiniku or grilled meat is a Japanese favorite. Families would usually go to yakiniku places to celebrate special occasions. A griller is usually set up at the center of the table and they usually grill the meat (pork, beef) together.

Korean Seafood Pancake, is one of our favorite Korean dish. Japanese call it chizimi. Lucky us, we have a Korean neighbor with a Korean restaurant. We don’t need to go back to Seoul to enjoy Korean food. One order costs ¥1,500 ($15).
