A sample serving of a fast food at Saizeriya. Fast food are cheap in Japan. It’s usually ‘student-price’. What we love most about fast food here is that they’ll allow you to stay at the place even for hours.

McDonald’s for lunch and I’m afraid it’s going to be an everyday food for me. Should have studied a little Japanese before coming here so I could at least be confident in ordering food from other stores. =(

Japanese curry is much different from other curries in other countries. It is not spicy and it’s usually served with a wide variety of side dishes. It’s Japan’s second national food. Too bad for a foreigner like me it’s not my cup of tea. I wonder how other foreigners in Japan think of it.
