Day 14 Expenses: ¥15,698.00 If you want to go around the tourist spots in Okinawa just like the places we have visited, expect to spend somewhere around ¥10,000.00. Persimmons. Just like the mango trees that you see in almost every houses at the provinces in the Philippines, you’ll see persimmon trees in almost every homes here in Japan. It looks like orange trees from afar.

These weird daikons (Japanese raddish) are shaped like a vase. I’ve never seen this elsewhere.

Fascinating huge public library in Ichikawa. Open to all even for foreigners like me. I’m surprised to see that the library was packed with people. It’s almost hard to find a space where you can study. It’s nice to see that Japanese are so diligent regardless of status and age.
