General Oto left a letter before he died asking for a special consideration to the people of Okinawa. The books I've read during my primary education only talked about the evil deeds of the Japanese during WW2. The Former Japan Navy Headquarters has thought me that everyone was a victim during the war. It's a place that shouldn't be missed when you go to Okinawa.[/column][column span=”6″]
