Snow is too late for Christmas. I’m carrying our dirty clothes to laundry shop because washing clothes at home is not allowed in New York.

Our first Spanish meal experience. Rotisserie chicken, Spanish rice and salad with salty dressing. Spent $14.00 for two for this meal.

If our time is limited and if there’s only one place we can go to in Seoul then that would be Avenue of Youth. It’s like a little Myeongdong where you can find shopping stores, several Korean-brand cosmetics shops, and of course Korean restaurants. To reach Avenue of Youth take the Line 1 subway then drop off at Jonggak station. From the station, use exit 4 then go straight until you find the Avenue of Youth sign at the right side.

During our one month stay in Ginowan, we lived in this place. We’ve made a contract with Leopalace21 which is one of the very few real estate agents in Japan which offers a monthly lease. One month accommodation in this place costs ~¥80,000. The unit already has basic appliances (IH stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV, and AC) when we arrive. There’s also a separate toilet and bath room. Inside the main room which we use as both living room and bedroom are 2 futons, blankets, sheets and a big closet. Today, we’re saying goodbye to this homy place.
