Day 28 Expenses: ¥18,510.00 Our last day in Okinawa! Today was spent for packing our stuffs and preparing for our next destination. We called for Japan Post to pick up the things we need to send back to Kanazawa and paid ¥2,080. We shopped for winter clothes at Convention City mall and spent around ¥12,000.

Day 20 Expenses: ¥7,421.00 The weather was not so friendly today so we decided to use the tennis court at Round 1, a big sporting complex here in Ginowan. It’s easy to find because it’s at the corner in front of Convention City mall. We paid ¥2,180.00 per person which includes unlimited use of all their facilities until 6AM. Other sports facilities you can find in Round 1 are badminton/volleyball court, basketball court, mini soccer field which is enjoyed by families, batting area (baseball and softball), archery, mini golf course, bowling alley and billiards. They also have a fantastic massage chair for the whole body which I enjoyed most.

Day 10 Expenses: ¥6,832.00 Not much expense today but the biggest chunk of it went to the dentist.

Today we have spent ¥12,595 mainly for additional sports equipments. We’re expecting that it’ll be much lesser for the rest of our stay here in Ginowan.

Feeling accomplished! Went to Ichikawa City Hall today to have my residence registration processed… alone. Thanks for the lady who can speak English at the information desk who guided me on the process. I think I can survive in Japan even if I can’t speak their language.
