Went to Korean Town in Manhattan. We’ve ordered bibimbap, kimchi chigae and pork chigae. It was a disappointment! It’s also the most expensive meal we’ve had. We spent around $60 for a dinner and we haven’t enjoyed it.

Attempted to use Columbia University’s Asian Library today but unfortunately it was closed due to the holiday season. Anyway, the library is open to the public from 12Noon to 10PM, Mondays through Sundays on regular days.

IHOP is a famous pancake store in US. There was a short queue when we entered the store but after 5 minutes we were already seated. When we left the store, the line was longer. We ordered Breakfast Platter which includes 2 pcs. Butter pancakes, 2 strips of bacon scrambled eggs, 2 slices of ham, 2 sausages and hash brown. We also ordered French toast with strawberries. Total cost of our meal was $32.60.

They say the most beautiful Apple Store is the one in 5th Ave., so here we are to check. It was great indeed. People are in line just to get into the store. I think it’s the busiest store in 5th Ave.

Day 28 Expenses: ¥18,510.00 Our last day in Okinawa! Today was spent for packing our stuffs and preparing for our next destination. We called for Japan Post to pick up the things we need to send back to Kanazawa and paid ¥2,080. We shopped for winter clothes at Convention City mall and spent around ¥12,000.
