[row][column span=”6″]IHOP is a famous pancake store in US. There was a short queue when we entered the store but after 5 minutes we were already seated. When we left the store, the line was longer. We ordered Breakfast Platter which includes 2 pcs. Butter pancakes, 2 strips of bacon scrambled eggs, 2 slices of ham, 2 sausages and hash brown. We also ordered French toast with strawberries. Total cost of our meal was $32.60.[/column][column span=”6″]

[row][column span=”6″]If our time is limited and if there's only one place we can go to in Seoul then that would be Avenue of Youth. It's like a little Myeongdong where you can find shopping stores, several Korean-brand cosmetics shops, and of course Korean restaurants. To reach Avenue of Youth take the Line 1 subway then drop off at Jonggak station. From the station, use exit 4 then go straight until you find the Avenue of Youth sign at the right side.[/column][column span=”6″]

If our time is limited and if there’s only one place we can go to in Seoul then that would be Avenue of Youth. [row][column span=”6″]It's nice to be back even for just a few hours. Temperature in Seoul is negative 10 degrees but since we really missed this place, nothing could stop us to go out. From Incheon Int'l Airport, we used the express train that goes directly to Seoul Station and paid $7.00 per person. Travel time was around 45 minutes.[/column][column span=”6″]

It’s nice to be back even for just a few hours. Temperature in Seoul is negative 10 degrees but since we really missed this place, nothing could stop us to go out. From Incheon Int’l Airport, we used the express train that goes directly to Seoul Station and paid $7.00 per person. Travel time was around 45 minutes.

We've made a contract with Leopalace21 which is one of the very few real estate agents in Japan which offers a monthly lease. One month accommodation in this place costs ~¥80,000. The unit already has basic appliances (IH stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV, and AC) when we arrive. There's also a separate toilet and bath room. Inside the main room which we use as both living room and bedroom are 2 futons, blankets, sheets and a big closet. Today, we're saying goodbye to this homy place.[/column][column span=”6″]
